Q&A about Arrow NB Shoppe
1) Arrow NB Shoppe is an online based boutique and customs shoppe out of Wheatland, Missouri. We do set up at vendor shows, festivals, etc. on occasion. We do our best to post when we are going to set up somewhere.
2) We run many Preorders!
This can be confusing to some people. A pre-order is where we run items on the page. These items have not been ordered yet and are not ready to ship yet.
What we love about pre-orders ---
Our customers are able to pick specific colors, patterns, etc.
Example: Instead of only having 2 colors/patterns or risking not having your specific size — You get to pick it yourself and have a much larger variety of colors and patterns. We love the variety ourselves, which is why we decided to also set up pre-orders on our FB page and in our FB group!
What I dislike about pre-orders ---
Most pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to get to me, meaning it could take 2-5 weeks to get to my customer's front door. I DO try to post pre-order dates and most are 2-3 weeks. However, not all vendors are on time, holidays, life situations and mistakes do happen, and mother nature has absolutely no rules to abide by. Some of our items come from USA, while others come directly from China, so shipping times do vary!
3) Pre-orders must be paid for, or your item will not get ordered! We have made exceptions for people in the past who take advantage of it, and leave us hanging with items. This isn't always bad, but it is respectful to let us know if you don't plan on purchasing the item.
4) Your item must be paid for before it is shipped to you! Especially on customs or special orders.
5) Returns has its own note on the page and in the group. Short and sweet verison: We try to check each item for quality assurance, however, we am not perfect by any means. • If the item is defective, you have 3 DAYS after receiving the item to let me know and get it to a post office.
• Proof of defect is required.
• Tracking number is required!!!
You will get in-store credit only, unless other arrangements were made prior.
6) We use Shopify’s ShopPay system (AfterPay included), PayPal, Sezzle, and Facebook Pay for purchases. I will take local personal checks only!
We take checks from time to time. ALL personal checks must clear my account before item is shipped.
7) I use Facebook page as well as our Shopify website. In the "Notes" on Facebook is a descriptive invoice of the items, totals, and other notes.
8 ) We try to get packages sorted and mailed out promptly!
Our USPS and FedEx usually do not arrive until 1:30pm-2:00pm. UPS does not arrive until 4:30pm-7:30pm. Our post office closes at 4:00pm Monday-Friday and 11:45 on Saturday.
Ready to ship items — Most items will be shipped the very next day after I receive them due to the timing in which the mail runs and organizing packages.
Shipping prices start at $4.00 and go up by weight. We will always use the cheapest method for our customers!
• All of our packages have tracking information that is emailed via the email you used for payment.
• If you want an item over-nighted/next day aired, shipped faster, let us know and we will adjust the price of shipping for you
• If you are local, we can meet in Wheatland in public places only, such as Hickamo, Igo&FindIt, or Caseys. We do NOT deliver to a residence. If It works out to meet, we will do so.
• If you paid for shipping and we end up meeting for the item, I will refund you the shipping cost. On the flip side, if we planned on meeting, but something came up, we will not reschedule unless we talk prior and you will be charged shipping.
9) We are understanding people, if there are issues with paying or meeting for an item, please just send us a message and we can talk about it! Nothing has to be made hard on either one of us.
10) Be respectful. Be kind. Be courteous. Be patient.
As stated above, we are not perfect. We do make mistakes, miss guess arrival and production dates, and have missed the post office on Saturdays.
Getting hateful, rude, or blowing up our phone all day or night doesn't do either one of us any good. I conduct myself professionally, and have been there when you are looking for a package, waiting on an item, etc.
If you are frustrated with the timing of arrivals on items, production or shipping times, I can tell you with 100% honesty I am 10× more upset about it than you are, because this is our business.
We can assure you that our businesses and our name mean a great deal to us. We take pride in the women we are and the work we do. Doing anybody wrong or making a mistake that may tarnish our businesses or our names is not an option.

Although we want to keep all of our customers informed, we may not answer messages before or after the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
